This EEO Public File Report is filed in the following Stations’ public inspection files pursuant to Section 73.2080(c)(6) of the Federal Communications Commission’s (“FCC”) rules: WGRO (AM) and WQLC (FM).  These stations comprise an employment unit under the FCC’s rules.

During the period from October 1, 2006 to September 30, 2007, the employment unit filled one (1) full-time vacancie for Account Executive.  This position opened in January 2007 and were for account executive positions.  The employment unit interviewed nine (9) people for these full-time vacancie and filled the position in January 2007.  Information regarding these vacancies was disseminated by advertising on the air on WGRO (AM) and WQLC (FM) and listing the vacancies in the local paper: The Lake City Reporter (180 East Duval Street, Lake City, FL 32055 (386) 754-0401, Contact: Amanda).  All nine (9) interviews were referred from Lake City Reporter

This employment unit is owned by Power Country, Inc., which is committed to equal employment opportunities for all persons.  This employment unit widely disseminates information concerning full-time job vacancies through a variety of means designed to achieve broad and inclusive outreach in the community and elsewhere, including, but not limited to the following:

• Job openings are posted internally throughout the employment unit

• Job openings are posted in the two in-market newspaper, The Lake City Reporter  and on air WQLC (FM)
